DELT PUMP - EVO Series is the latest generation turbine-type submersible fuel pump (STP) for transferring fuel from underground tanks. Designed for use in gas stations in Thailand, it is compatible with a wide variety of fuels and features an integrated check valve and relief valve with new check valve and relief valve seals. It supports diesel and general and special gasoline types such as B7, B10, and E20, reducing air bubbles in the pump system. The improved internal wiring system offers greater durability and safety. Its compact structure and adjustable pump shaft facilitate installation in underground tanks of varying diameters. Installation and maintenance are easy, operation is quiet, and it boasts a long service life. The materials used are proven to be resistant to all types of fuels used in Thailand.
The DELT EVO series turbine submersible pump (STP) features a reliable and safe electric motor that provides consistent flow rate for fuel delivery. The pump has an active air removal system that operates continuously. A single-bolt electrical disconnection system allows for easy motor wiring removal. A pressure relief screw reduces air loss, returning fuel to the tank and minimizing discharge into the sump during maintenance. The pump can be easily removed from the tank via three bolts without needing to disassemble the leak detection system . A 70 mm diameter check valve minimizes pressure loss at high flow rates, resulting in faster refueling times. The mechanical leak detector, suitable for gasoline, kerosene, and diesel, ensures timely fuel delivery. If fuel leakage exceeds 11.4 liters/minute, it delays opening for 2-3 seconds. If leakage is less than 11.4 liters/minute, the mechanical leak detector maintains maximum flow rate even when multiple dispensers are operating simultaneously.
